Mission
NIUCAP Advisory is an independent strategic advisory practice focused on deep-tech competitiveness, commercialisation and deployment.
I help founders, investors and innovation organisations understand how deep-tech companies move from research and prototypes to market adoption, deployment and operational scale.
My work combines venture capital experience, operating experience and AI-supported research workflows to analyse deep-tech companies, technologies and ecosystems at scale.
The focus is on translating insights from venture capital, entrepreneurship and international innovation ecosystems into practical frameworks for better decision-making: commercialisation readiness, deployment maturity, startup selection, competitiveness benchmarking and investment readiness.
The broader mission is to help strengthen Europe’s deep-tech competitiveness by improving the decisions, support structures and execution systems that determine which technologies successfully scale.
Founder
NIUCAP Advisory is led by Bettina B. Scheibe.
I work at the intersection of deep-tech venture capital, startup support, international ecosystems and commercialisation. Over the past 15+ years, I have coached technology founders, built international partnerships in China, scaled a technology company as COO, and led investments in 20+ deep-tech startups.
With NIUCAP Advisory, I now translate these experiences into AI-supported research workflows and practical frameworks for deep-tech competitiveness, commercialisation readiness and deployment maturity.
My work supports founders, investors and innovation organisations that want to make better decisions about which technologies, teams and companies are ready to scale.
